I've been taking 3 capsules of Vimergy Chaga in the morning and again at night. I noticed my bowel movements (which were already great) are even more phenomenal. It's cleaning me out without giving me diarrhea. I was taking it just for overall health and I'm so impressed and really loving it. I imagine since it's anti-fungal and anti-parasitic, it's helping my intestinal track cleanse. An unexpected bonus. Medical Medium talks about it's amazing qualities in his Life Changing Foods book...it's truly a miraculous fungi!

I use this instead of coffee when I am on vacation.it is a game changer and he’s very good for my liver. I add additional tea bags for extra flavor.
